These terms govern your use of PlanetExpat. This is a starting template and should be reviewed by your own legal counsel before launch.
The service
PlanetExpat provides neighbourhood scores and comparisons built on public data, to support relocation decisions. Scores are guidance, not advice, always verify what matters to you independently.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information when registering.
Payments & access
- Paid access is a one-time purchase (lifetime) or a 24-hour pass, as shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe.
- Lifetime access includes future cities and data refreshes at no extra cost. A 24-hour pass expires automatically.
- As a digital service delivered immediately, statutory withdrawal rights may not apply once access is granted. Contact us for billing issues.
Acceptable use
Don't scrape, resell or redistribute our data or scores, attempt to bypass access controls, or disrupt the service.
Disclaimer & liability
The service is provided "as is". Data is drawn from third-party official sources and may contain errors or lag. To the extent permitted by law, PlanetExpat is not liable for decisions made based on the scores.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
